Noah Mullens

Noah Mullens is a 4th year Ph.D. student in English with an emphasis on Archival Research. His recent publication, “K is for Kitsch,” was featured in the collection B is for Baldwin: An Alphabet Tour of the Baldwin Library of Historical Children’s Literature. He has an upcoming exhibit that investigates the role of diversity in children’s literature ranging from Abolition to the AIDS Crisis. He is the recipient of the Hannah Beiter Graduate Student Research Grant and was a fellow at the International Youth Library in Munich, Germany. Noah Mullens has worked with undergraduate students through the Humani-Mentors program at the Humanities Center. He received his BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Florida in Fall 2019 and his MA in English in Spring 2023.
