Please join the UF African American Studies Program for a conversation about social justice, activism and police brutality led by Dr. Stacey Patton and Ms. Lezley McSpadden on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 6:00 pm.
Ms. McSpadden is an author, activist and the mother of Michael Brown. She is also the founder of The Michael O. D. Brown We Love Our Sons & Daughters Foundation. Dr. Patton is an assistant professor of multimedia journalism at Morgan State University, an award-winning author, journalist and child advocate.
