Virtual Roundtable: Borders and Contested Memory in Northern Ireland

FreeThis month’s Conversation on Europe explores borders and contested memory in Northern Ireland. The panel of experts will explore the conflict over territory and identity in Norther Ireland and how that has played out at the border and in other spaces. They will discuss what has changed since the Good Friday/Belfast Agreement and what may happen as a result of Brexit and the recent elections in the Republic of Ireland. This virtual panel is being hosted by the University of Pittsburgh; several other universities (including UF) are participating remotely.
