CANCELLED: UF Intersections Ethics Café: Gender Violence

March 17, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Free

*This event has been cancelled.  The organizers hope to reschedule at a later time.*

Are you interested in learning more about the relations between gender and violence? Would you like to talk with other students about different forms of gender violence, proposals to decrease this violence, and the moral questions raised by these debates? This Ethics Cafe will provide a forum for wrestling with this difficult issue in a friendly, civil setting. Bring an open mind, a willingness to listen and share, and a desire to learn with and from the members of your community. The event is free and open to all UF students. Refreshments will be provided.

Guest Moderator: Dr. Kim Walsh-Childers

Sponsored by the UF Mellon Intersections Group on Ethics in the Public Sphere.
