UF Intersections Ethics Café: Free Speech and Hate Speech

February 4, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Free

Are you interested in learning more about free speech and hate speech on campus? Would you like to talk with other students about freedom of expression and the extent to which it should or can be limited? This Ethics Café will provide a forum for wrestling with this difficult issue in a friendly, civil setting. Bring an open mind, a willingness to listen and share, and a desire to learn with and from the members of your community. The event is free and open to all UF students. Refreshments will be provided.

Sponsored by UF Mellon Intersections group on Ethics in the Public Sphere.
