This event will enable anyone interested in the Peace Corps to speak with UF’s Peace Corps Recruiter, Hannah Jo Maier, during an informative and art-driven event. Hannah Jo will underscore how the US Peace Corps, a 27-month service opportunity that is funded and organized by the U.S. government, enables volunteers to serve in roughly 60 countries in sectors including environment, agriculture, health, youth development, and community economic development. Also learn about monetary compensation for service and other benefits (i.e. priority federal hiring and possible financial assistance w/graduate-level education). Register here.
