Dr. Schuyler K Esprit, PhD, Registrar and Dean of Academic Affairs and Founder/Director of the Create Caribbean Research Institute at Dominica State College, will present on her work, climate and environment related issues, and engaging the idea of rethinking and rebuilding institutions.
