Center for the Humanities and the Public Sphere

From the origins of the Latin languages in Europe to the music of Afro-Spanish South America, the links between the two continents run deep.  UF Performing Arts presents musician, writer, and educator Cristina Pato who, in addition to touring, serves as Artistic and Learning Advisor to the Silkroad (founded by Yo-Yo Ma), and Chair in Spanish Culture and Civilization at NYU.

This event is free and open to the public, but RSVP is required by January 29.  RSVP to Derek Wohlust.  Lunch is provided.
