Syllabus Workshops for New Quest Course Proposals
September 8, 2020 - September 16, 2020
Call for New Quest Courses for Fall 2021: UF Quest invites faculty to develop new Quest 1 and Quest 2 courses for Fall 2021. Through UF Quest, students explore essential and pressing questions about the human condition that are difficult to answer and hard to ignore in a world that is increasingly complex. Courses are especially welcome that examine the many challenges, problems, and societal concerns that we continue to face: systemic racism, diversity and inclusion, social justice and equality, the global health crisis, climate change, extinction, economic disparities, the digital revolution and the impact of artificial intelligence on our lives, the unintended consequences of technical progress, etc.
Eligibility Requirements and the Application Process: Please consult the UF Quest website for eligibility requirements, information on the application process, and links to the Quest Syllabus Builder. The deadline to submit new Quest 1 and Quest 2 course proposals is October 1, 2020.
Syllabus Workshops: Faculty who have questions about their Quest course proposals are invited to attend a Syllabus Workshop. Please follow the links below to register and please bring a draft of your syllabus to the workshop.
