The Center for Latin American Studies presents this lecture by Dr. Cristina Rivera Garza, an eminent Mexican writer based at the University of Houston.

Dr. Cristina Rivera Garza is Distinguished Professor in Hispanic Studies and Director of the Creative Writing Program at the University of Houston. She is the award-winning author of six novels, three collections of short stories, five collections of poetry and three non-fiction books.
