Dedicated time and space to move your writing forward.

Held at the serene UF Austin Cary Forest Campus, the retreat welcomes humanities scholars from across disciplines for a week of dedicated writing, collaboration, and inspiration. Participants gather to focus on a wide range of projects, from book proposals and journal articles to grant applications and reviews.

In addition to fostering scholarly productivity, the retreat emphasizes wellness and community. Attendees benefit from nourishing lunches, rejuvenating yoga sessions, focused writing blocks, and opportunities for networking and mentorship. These elements combine to create a supportive and energizing space for intellectual breakthroughs and the cultivation of meaningful academic partnerships.
